"Catherine has been tutoring our two boys (aged 10 and 12) for English since September. Catherine's lessons are exemplary. Catherine is very well prepared and the lesson structure and resources are excellent. Our children look forward to the lessons and enjoy them as Catherine has built up an amazing rapport with them. Our eldest loves English and Catherine has helped him to develop a sophisticated approach to text and challenged him so that he is able to reach the high grades. Our youngest struggles with spelling and, before Catherine, he was struggling with confidence in his writing. One of the major differences I think has been the feedback from his set homework; areas which he can improve are noted constructively and, importantly, Catherine draws attention to all the things that have gone well. Now he always feels confident and very proud of his efforts and keen to work on the next piece. Catherine is a wonderful tutor!"
